Went for practise run with the colleagues earlier on, cos the annual Bull Run by SGX is coming soon! 12th Oct!

And I realised..my stamina..is getting lousier year by year.

Within a distance of about 2.5 km..i stop a few times to struggle to reach the destination.
!!!!!

Disappointing. Used to be able to run without much trouble..now... after running that mere distance, I huff and puff like the big bad wolf in the 3 little pigs story. I probably couldn't blow down the straw house still.

Maybe I should run more.. but there's not much motivation to run ...
hmmm...maybe someone can offer me an ice cream or an ice cold drink at the end of each run, to make it more motivational..hehhee
