Piii piiiiiiiiiii~~~~~~

That was what I heard when my mrt stopped at Jurong east station. The sound of a full blown whistle, loud and clear. It was blown in a feverish pace, somewhat like a traffic police doing his job.

The train on the middle platform seemed to be fully packed with people and the whistle made me think that its a new safety control measure for crowd control.

I ran quickly towards the train wanting to squeeze onto it......but apparantly..the whistle blows were not from the MRT station personnel...

The sound was from a middle-aged woman, in a typical hairstyle of straight-cut fringe and wearing oversized clothes with bermudas. Blowing the whistle with all her might and screaming,"MOLEST AH~~~!!!~~~~!!"

"Pi-piipiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiii~~~~~~ Molest ah~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~!!!~~~~~~~~~~~"

"Pipiiiiiiiiii~~~~~~~~ Molest ah~~~~~~~!"

The moment I alighted at Jurong east, I heard the whistle blows..I wonder how long has she been blowing it. With the loud bellows...it was truly a unique sight.

She was standing just in the way of the door, which resulted in the doors being unable to close.

A huge crowed of people were looking, and none of them walked up to her and ask her what happened. Everyone was just standing ..and looking.

She even kept shouting,"why no one want to help me??~~~~"

Probably singaporeans are really a curious lot. The initially packed train had passengers coming out of their cabins to look at what was going on.

Ok..I was also quite stunned by the situation. I actually wanted to hop on the train, but the mrt personnel had rushed up the platform by that time and instructed the doors to be closed.

Ok. I probably am also K-P-O ... :P

And in the end..when the train left, the platform still had a stunning number of people awaiting for the next train. Gosh...

The woman then pointed out the man whom she claimed had 'molested' her. It seemed like it was a misunderstanding as the man wasn't detained after that. The man had a 'i-don-give-a-heck' look and was stil smiling, while the woman gestured and explained to the mrt managers.

The issue was resolved quick enough.
I have no idea what happened, but seems to me it was a case of misunderstanding.
And the woman was being helped to the life by a female mrt manager <--pardon my desciption cos i just can't think of their titles suddenly.

Ok..The main thing of me writing this post..is ..I'm amazed by her having a whistle...cos "How many people actually carry whistles with them when they're out?"

So the intense whistle blowing was really surprising. hahaha.

I almost thought people were crowding around to watch Vincent Ng perform stunts when i saw the crowed forming a semi-circle.

The ironic thing however was...despite the attention she attracted..no one stepped up to help her, or find out what the matter was from her.

Then I wondered..if the lady that was blowing the whistle was a nice looking one, would the reaction from the public be different?

But then again, would she have a whistle? I really doubt so.

Another pointless blog.

Shucks...

Hmm. l and today I heard a news from a mutual friend regarding one of my poly friends...it was indeed a shocking piece of news that I never thought would happen to her.

That left me thinking the whole afternoon. Ahhh!!
