Saturday at orchard


Today is a nice day. And boy was it crowded too.

Today I was out with 2 buddies, rain and apple. Was meeting apple at 6pm and rain would join us after her work. I reached there promptly at 6 and as apple wasn't there yet..i went to the hyatt hotel's restroom and sat around there.

When apple reached, I walked towards far east and I was surprised to see........ a couple that i know back in css. Its Miss V and Mr Y. I saw Mr Y first..and i thought for a sec Ms V must be around too. And i looked, i was taken aback to see her in very thick make up dressed in blouse and denim skirt, i wouldn't have recognize her if i didnt see MR Y first. Hmm, such a great difference since i saw her in poly. hahaa.

Hmm..is it me or is it becos i havent been to orchard on a weekend since ...i can't remember when's the last time.. it somehow felt different.. a diff feeling of being there on a sat. You must be thinking i'm mad, orchard is orchard lah..got some different auora meh?

haha, maybe its the crowd that made me feel somewhat different. I walked amidst the crowd as though I just attended a countdown session. It was real crowded. However...i was pleasently surprise to see 5 pple that i know. Thats like a record breaking thing for me, cos i nv see anyone when i'm out at orchard.

The 3rd person i saw was one of Dicky's close gal frds PN. She was with her bf..hehee..she has a nice big smile and said Hello!!

The 4th person is saw was one of my Uni friends, Mr Cool, I shall call him..haha, the last time i went to town i also saw him. What are the odds. Stylish as ever he was.

And the 5th person is some guy with the nick of 'green shirt guy' back in poly. Hmm..er..i don know him in person, nothing to comment.

hhaa..cheap thrills.

ok, we walked around level 1 and then proceeded to cine to eaT. Rain joined us when we reached there. Sat at yoshinoya and ate and toked, then we're mentioning how great it is to be a student..Rain mentioned the only good thing bout her job is the money(she's earning way more than an avg poly grad) and how she wished she could go back and study archi.

Money was an important issue..she calculated the costs in local U and an overseas U like Japan or aus. Definitely it'll be a big step to go for 3 years and study..being in another environment for a prolonged period of time does change ur thinkings and lets you see more things. Hope she finds the best route to take and just do it!! cos she really does wanna study too.

Hmm...Ok i had to get a model for the sticker shoot right? I chose Punch cos he's suave and has the X-factor to bring out the best in the stickers.
Apple and rain were looking at stickers and I happen to see a veri cute bear sticker. Rain also pointed to the same one as i did. hahaa.

In the end..3 of us bought stickers too..and apple also bought a peanuts bookmark, magnet one. Interesting..hahaha, i never saw it before. 3 big kids at action city.

hehe..since pri sch..i collect stickers, the tigger stickers..and smurfs ones were bought back in sec days....i had no sticker book to store them..so i just kept them..so colorful!!!

I just love my stickers like I did when I was 10 years old still. There's a child in everyone of us.
I'd buy stickers when i see its very nice and its not too exp.Hhaha..I had a conversation with Mr Cool and heres how he reacted ,

Well..its nice seeing rain and apple today, though we don see each other often.. but the catching up is great. Going to eat Zi cha at clementi on fri~!!! there got nice zi cha sia...

past my bed time..i gotta sleep.. tatarios~!!!
