Weetz~! To a New Year 2006


Its another New year again!

Time flies. hahaha. ok, enough of that 2 words. Shall blog bout how I spent my memorable New Year gathering with the gals!

hahaha..it was a really fun time on new year's eve and New year's day.

We went to 鼎兴 Seafood Restaurant at Tiong Bahru, its a place to eat Steamboat..hehe. The food there was good, basically we ordered lotsa food, cos the 3 of us who reached earliest had absolutely not much experience in ordering food for 5 people..

We over ordered ..ahahaha.. think total there's bout 11 dishes. WOW~!

There's red garoupa, prawn balls, golden mushroom, prawns, scallops, sliced pork(the lady boss say MUST try!), 宫堡鸡丁，deer meat, hotplate beancurd, lettuce, and a vegetable dish.

Taa daa~~ Total 11 dishes.

hahaa..er..we didn't mean to order that much one, cos we saw these looks yummy and just ordered.

But anyway..we ate slowly..and talked..and after 1.5 hours of eating, our tummies reached its maximum limit. ehhe..but we managed to finshed most of the food though, that i must say was quite an achievement..considering its 5 gals eating. heheee.

Then we scoot off to Westmall to watch The Family Stone! Its a nice movie..I think that its one of those movies that'd make you go, "Aww~~~.." at the end of the show..ahhaa..

Claire Danes look real hot in the show btw! Pretty! ahaha.. we missed the first 10 mins of the show so it got a bit confusing when we first started watching..hehehe..

The next destination after our movie, was to my home! Once again.!! ehehe..

We then watched the count down on tv and then..
An interesting thing to note was that when all of us reached my home..we sat at the living room and started reading the Newspapers..Xinwen, Beez, bonez and I each took the papers and started reading..

We all read papers except Apple..then she sat there and look at us..ahahaha..she almost wanted to take out her storybook and read..hehee..


Playing board games has always been the main activity at my home..hehe..we played Cluedo, Taboo, UNO Stacko..

Then we realised that we've guessed almost all the words in Taboo..cos we played it for 5 hours during Xmas Eve..ahhaa..

ok, Uno Stacko was fun though, hahaa..we had to try to catch the falling blocks ..

Oh, then we played the Rush Hour puzzle game..and the Raging Rapids puzzle too..

Apple and Beez managed to get all the Rafters in the boat in a short time man..ahhaa..Sweet!

We played till 4++am..and apple couldn't continue with the rush hour cos sleepy already sia.. so she'll continue in the morning.hahahaa.

Oh..throughout the night..only Beez, apple, bonez and I playing..cos xw gotta work next day..so she slept at 1am.

We proceeded to play poker in my room, this time we also included Tigger. ehehe..

Its 2 down, 3 to go at the time..Beez went to dreamland too..

So 3 of us, plus tiggs..played daidee..and a new game called 大中小 game..where each of us draw a card..and example if we say "中", and the person gets the middle card, she'll win!

hhaha..the game ends when someone actually draws Ace of Spades.

Ok, its abit lame..but its 6am at that time..so u know..ehehe..

Oh oh, then Apple dressed Tiggs up in a darn hilarious outfit.hahaa..shall show the pics next time!

At 7am, 3 of us concussed.


The next day..Apple HAD to wake at 11am to watch her fav tv show..Bonez n Beez woke bout that time too..

I couldn't wake at all...and slept till 1pm. I was sleepy man..

So our New Year's day was spent watching cable TV till evening and also we carried on playing the puzzle games and dai dee..ahahahahha..

So this is my New Year! Simple yet fun, on top of that its lotsa laughter. I've got pics, but just that my access point is down, so i couldnt use my lappy..shall post the pics up later!

Just now I read Pingzi's blog..and I realised she went to quite a few pubs this year..it's not alot alot, but compared to me..ahaha..i can use 5 fingers to count.

She even went to Ministry of Sound!!!!!! I also wanna go sia.. and Zouk! hahaa..

Probably one of my resolutions is to work hard and play hard at the same time! So hopefully I've got the energy to go party also..ehehe.

Lets see..I've only been to Devils Bar, Chinablack, Eski Bar and Newsroom Bar. Ok. only 4 pubs..hahaa. I wanna go Club Momo and Liquid Room in e year 2006 too..hehee. Shall throw in the MOS also.

And Sentosa and Zoo!


Actually its quite simple..my resolutions is...to be happy, do well in the things i wanna do(like do my best in my job)..spend more time wif friends n family, and have fun! I think if you're with good company..you can have lotsa fun already.hehee..

oh and also find time to go exercise more..like tennis n badminton! And also read up my IT books for some self improvement..

But I don't believe in resolutions as I never make it happen..hahaha..those are just some of the things i hope to acheive this year..
